Default display
When the index is displayed, you can see:
A chart displaying the output index
The list of input series contributing to the index and their weights
Individual charts of input series
View options
You can change the chart display:
By default, only the index, in level, is displayed in the chart
You can select Index (% change) to display the period-over-period percent change of the index
You can also select Both to display the index, in both level and period-over-period percent change
Interactive options
You can view and change the Weight, % assigned to each input. The weight is to be non-negative. The tool automatically rebalances all weights to a total of 100% during calculation.
When you make changes to the Weight, %, the chart and table update in real time.
You can also click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) to normalize or equalize weights
Sharing options
The direct link of the index can be used to share with other users.
You can also click Share to get the code for embedding.
